Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
Oasis Day Spa offers gift cards for all treatments, packages and retail items, sold in any dollar value. You can select a Spa Package or create your own.

All gift certificates and gift cards must be presented at the time of service rendered, so please bring the original with you to your appointment. Please remember to keep your gift certificate or gift card in a safe place, as Oasis Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced certificates or cards. All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable.

Reservations
We strongly recommend that you schedule Spa services at least two weeks in advance to secure the time that is most convenient for you. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please advise when making your appointment. Same-day appointments are always welcome, based upon availability.

Cancellation Policy
Your Spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the Spa’s scheduling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us for one or two persons appointments a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Groups of three or more people are required to prepaid with a credit card to secure the appointments. Groups of 3 or more are required to give seven days notice of cancellation. Any portion of the groups’ cancellations, cancelled after the required seven day notice will be charged 100% of the schedule appointments cancelled on the credit card given at time of booking.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments to allow time to check in, to be shown the full service locker rooms, to change into a robe, as well as to relax and enjoy your spa experience. Sometimes circumstances prevent a person from arriving on time. Please keep in mind that arriving late may require the Spa to shorten the length of your treatment in respect to the other clients scheduled appointments.

Gratuities
Gratuities are left to your discretion and based upon your satisfaction with the services and your service provider. Envelopes are provided at the Spa checkout desk for cash tips. Gratuities may be added to your local personal check or your credit card at time of check out.

Spa Attire
Oasis Day Spa clients receiving a massage, body treatment or facial are provided with a robe and locker in the men’s and women’s locker rooms prior to Spa appointment. If using the Steam, Sauna, Whirlpool, we request you bring a bathing suit.

Cellular Phones
For your relaxation and the relaxation of other clients, we kindly ask that you conclude all calls prior to entering the Oasis Day Spa. Please do not use your cell phone in the locker rooms, hallways, lounges, water area, manicure and pedicure room, and the treatment rooms. The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so respect the other clients’ right to privacy and quiet.

Medical Conditions
If you have a history of high or low blood pressure problems, heart conditions or if you are pregnant, please consult your physician prior to the use of steam, sauna, whirlpool, or spa treatments.

Children
To ensure the comfort of our clients, we request that children do not accompany you to Oasis Day Spa, unless scheduled for their own appointment. You are never too young to benefit from spa services. All children receiving service need to respect the spa environment of being quiet at all times
in the Spa.

No Smoking
Oasis Day Spa provides a healthful environment for our clients by upholding a no smoking policy.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Any item left at the Oasis Day Spa will be donated after 30 days.

Nail Polish
Oasis Day Spa is not responsible for the outcome when using your own nail polish.
