Your massage includes the use of our beautiful water room
steam, sauna, and whirlpool. You will need to bring your swimsuit and water shoes. A robe, towels, and a full service locker room are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure enough time to begin with a warm shower, then slip on your swimsuit to begin your delightful encounter.

Individuals with heart condition, diabetes, or high blood pressure, pregnant women, or anyone currently under medical care should consult a physician before using the water area or receiving spa treatments.

Massage and the use of the water room help release toxins from tight, sore muscles. If toxins are not flushed quickly through the body after a massage, the toxins can cause flu like symptoms such as: headaches, achiness, and muscle soreness. It is important after a massage to drink 8-10 glasses of water. Limit your intake of caffeinated beverages like coffee, tea, and soda.

Therapeutic massage provides deep relaxation, increases circulation, renews energy, eliminates extra body fluids, waste, and offers relief from physical pain. Massage soothes your mind, body, and spirit by calming your nerves, and builds healthy tissues. Your certified massage therapist will combine techniques including Trigger Points, Swedish, and Neuromuscular.

Please inform your therapist if you would like specific work
done during your session. Remember, if you request extra work in one area, they will not be able to do a full body massage.
